Von Tassen Sasaa “Sasha” · DOB 1/1/2014
Sasha is a UKC registered Kangal, with a Penn Hip score of .22, which is the top 5% of the breed. Sasha exemplifies the breed standard for a Kangal. She is fierce with predators and gentle and loving with children. On the day of her arrival at Windy Hill Farm, she had a showdown with a Black Angus Bull and has ruled the farm ever since. Most of the time her bark keeps away anything that would come into her pastures. But, she has killed several coyotes and lots of possums and skunks that just didn’t heed her warning and keeps the Black Vultures away from our new born calves. She will have her first litter in December 2017.
Betsy DOB 12/9/2016
Betsy arrived at Windy Hill for training and maturing and we have fallen in love with this big girl. This is her forever home.
EMCC Genghis Khan DOB 8/26/16
Genghis was born in the Czech Republic from Turkish parents of the famous Panther and Apache bloodlines. He arrived here with his brother Monk when they were 6 months old. Genghis is the hardest working dog on the farm and the easiest keeper. He occasionally gets to come in the house when when mom is home alone. His UKC registration is pending.
EMCC Malik Monk “Monk” · DOB 8/26/2016
Monk was born in the Czech Republic from Turkish parents of the famous Panther and Apache Kangal bloodlines. He arrived here with his brother Genghis Khan when they were 6 months old. Monk is UKC registered and has a Penn Hip score of .32, within the top 10% of the breed. He is growing into a very handsome young man and is preparing for his second calving season. Monk is very athletic with extremely good hearing and eye sight. He is the first one to alert the pack if anything makes a sound. We anticipate Monk will be available for breeding in 2018.
Amerikali Zeynep “Pipa” · DOB 3/20/2017
Pipa made the long journey to Windy Hill Farm from Croatia. She has a European FCI registration and her UKC registration is pending. She may be small, but she is fearless. We look forward to watching her grow up.
